Hydrophone Power Amplifier – type : PA2002RC

Power amplifier for driving an underwater loudspeaker combined with a high input impedance hydrophone preamplifier for ceramic hydrophones.

This amplifier is a stand alone unit with a power amplifier and a hydrophone reciever amplifier complete with buildin envelope or “click” detector and mains power supply

Same as the PA1001PC version but configured as a 19 inch rack mounted version running on mains supply. Technical data is the same as for the PA1001PC

This amplifier is designed for driving an underwater piezoceramic loudspeaker like the Reson type TC2130 or passive hydrophones like Teledyne-Reson TC4033/34

It also contains a high input impedance hydrophone amplifier and an envelope or “click” detector for monitoring, recording or listening.

The Amplifier is capable of driving 90volt peak to peak of signal power up to 300kHz in a capacitive load of 10nF maximum with a caracteristic impedance of 100ohm.

Technical data is the same as found on the PA1001PC which is the Suitcase version of this amplifier.
